Another Island is home to the beautiful Boldt Castle. This house was built by George Boldt, the owner of NY's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Saldy, the construction of Boldt Castle ceased abruptly in early 1904 after the death of Boldt's wife, and for 73 years, the castle were left exposed to the harsh winter weather. It has since been going through restoration activities by a government department.
