Behind Fred is the city of Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, which is located on Vancouver Island. A charming city that reminds us a lot of Halifax. This is the waterfront, accessable from downtown Vancouver via a 25 minute seaplane trip, or there is a 90 minute ferry going from the west coast of the Mainland to the east coast of the Island.
