The not so pleasant part of our trip to Mexico ware the constant vendors. As we sat on the beach, we would be approached by someone roughly every 5 minutes. Sarongs, hammocks, necklaces, braided hair, jewelry, art ...you name it, they were selling it. After a friendly "No, Gracias" they moved on but try to do that with a smile 100 times a day. Seemed the women got bothered a lot more than the men. Guess the mexicans assume the women hold the purse strings ;)
